At WijnSpijs, we’re on a mission to bring people together through food. Our WijnSpijs Wandelingen in the Netherlands and The Restaurant Tour in the UK are just the beginning. With Germany, Scandinavia, and other European countries in our sights, we’re ready to scale our creative engine—and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help lead the charge.
In your first 6–12 months, you’ll:
🌍 Build the creative foundation for our international expansion—starting with NL and the UK, then Germany and Scandinavia.
📈 Significantly increase our creative output of testable ad concepts per week (video and static), making sure our campaigns stay fresh, strategic, and high-performing.
🤝 Launch and grow a network of creators and influencers who live and breathe our brand—from local foodies to travel-savvy content makers.
🎯 Develop winning creative briefs for our content team that align with business goals and performance data.
🧭 Help set the creative direction and tone for a fast-growing company with international ambitions.
🧑💻 You’ll work closely with Thomas, our CMO and co-founder, and his right-hand Wiebe, our media buyer.
💰 A competitive salary range of €55,000 - €65,000 annually, with the potential for more based on your experience and direct impact on our growth targets.

As the 'voice of the customer' within WijnSpijs, you'll ensure every walker has a seamless and delightful experience, from the moment they buy a ticket until long after their last bite. You will be the driving force behind the loyalty and satisfaction of our growing international community.
Master the Customer Journey: You will take full ownership of all customer interactions, transforming potential issues into positive experiences and maximizing satisfaction across all channels. Your goal is to achieve an NPS score above 60 and a CSAT score greater than 1.9
Turn Feedback into Improvement: You will proactively collect and analyze customer feedback to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the customer journey. You’ll collaborate closely with our IT and Restaurant Management teams to implement concrete improvements
Build a Proactive Communication Strategy: You will develop and execute a clear communication plan to keep our customers informed, engaged, and excited about their upcoming culinary adventures.
Champion the Customer Internally: You will act as the powerful voice of our customers within the company, translating their needs and feedback into actionable insights for the rest of the team.
A Competitive & Fair Salary: We offer a market-rate salary. Dependant on your experience (medior to senior) based on a 40-hour week, €40.000 to €60.000 per year. We believe in transparency and are happy to discuss this based on your specific experience.
Inflation-Proof Pay: Your salary is adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the previous year, ensuring your pay keeps its value.

Your written communication is clear, empathetic, and effective. You are a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working with others to achieve outstanding results.
Proven experience in a customer-centric role (e.g., Customer Success, Customer Experience, or high-level Customer Support).
Demonstrable experience in collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback (experience with NPS/CSAT is a plus).
Excellent written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
A problem-solving and results-oriented mindset , with a sharp eye for quality and detail.
You are a collaborative team player, ready to work with our Restaurant Success Managers to build a fantastic event calendar.

We lunchen elke dag samen (op kosten van WijnSpijs): lekker, gevarieerd en altijd gezond. Bijna altijd. Soms is het krokettendag. Je salaris is afhankelijk van je functie, je ervaring en je voorkeuren. Sommige mensen hebben bijvoorbeeld liever wat meer vrije tijd, anderen geven de voorkeur aan salaris. Een arbeidsovereenkomst is maatwerk vinden wij.
